Online prescription ordering – this is how it works
We offer you the opportunity to conveniently order your prescriptions online. This service saves you time and makes the process easier for everyone involved.
Since July 2023, insured individuals can easily redeem E-prescriptions digitally using their electronic health card (eGK). Please have your eGK ready and present it at your chosen pharmacy – the rest will be processed digitally.
Who Can Use This Service?
- This service is exclusively available to our patients who require regularly prescribed medications.
- The prerequisite is that the prescription can be issued based on an ongoing treatment.
- Referrals are provided for specialist appointments that have been coordinated with us.
- New patients or patients with acute symptoms are kindly requested to schedule a personal appointment at our practice.
Requirements for ordering
- You must already be a patient in our practice.
- Your health insurance card has been read in at our practice during the current quarter.
- The medications must have been previously prescribed by us.
- No changes to your medication should be necessary (e.g., dosage adjustments).
How to Order Your Prescription / Referral Online
- Fill Out the Form:
Visit our website and navigate to the “Prescription Order” section. Complete the online form with all required information. - Submission Confirmation:
After submitting the form, a confirmation message will appear. - Processing by the Practice:
Your prescription or referral will typically be prepared within 1–2 business days and will be available for pickup at our practice.
Important instructions
Please note that we cannot issue narcotic prescriptions or new medications online.
